Brazilian Butt Lift Cost

Once upon a time, small was beautiful when it came to derrieres. However, more and more of today’s women crave the curvaceous “bootlylicious” look popularized by such superstars as Nicky Minaj, Kim Kardashian, and Jennifer Lopez, and they are looking into plastic surgery as a way to get there.  Even so, few of us possess a superstar’s bank account, so it’s only natural that a Brazilian butt lift’s cost is on the minds of many of our prospective patients here at Beverly Hills Physicians (BHP).

Unfortunately, questions about cost are difficult to answer online. The price of Brazilian buttock augmentation depends on your weight and your specific anatomy  and how much fat needs to be liposuctioned and transferred to your buttocks. We do not use a cookie cutter approach to your care, but rather we come up with a plan that will address your specific desires. However, we can say that, according to a recent survey of plastic surgeons at RealSelf, the total expense for the surgery known as the Brazilian butt lift averaged between $8,000 and $16,000 for most patients.

Of course, as with any major purchase, it’s not just about the cost of the surgery, but about what you’re getting in return for your time and money. Before you do anything else, it’s important to understand what the procedure is and how it works.

What is a Brazilian Butt Lift, Exactly?

At one time, implants were the standard means of crafting larger, more voluptuous backsides. With the advent of new technology, however, we now can use the fat removed during liposuction, process and purify it immediately,  and then transfer the fat to the buttocks for a firmer, fuller look. Then, we lift the short buttocks creases to create natural looking curves that are never too extreme or overly exaggerated.  This method has a number of advantages over older techniques, including:

Using the patient’s own body fat allows the surgeon to sculpt a backside that is appropriate for the patient’s anatomy and specifications.

Most patients agree the results look and feel more natural than implants.

A BBL adds fat where patients want it and removes fat from where they don’t… it’s a “twofer”!

Reduced risk of complications due to infection sometimes associated with implants .

Can I Afford a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Just as all patients have their own situations regarding their unique health and appearance, it’s also true that they all have their own unique financial circumstances. Fortunately, BHP’s team of consultants is empowered to create personalized payment plans so that even patients with modest budgets can afford to obtain a procedure. While cosmetic procedures are almost never covered by insurance, many of our patients agree that BHP payment plans can make them remarkably affordable.
