Michael Hakimi, MD
Dr. Hakimi graduated at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in 2005 where he was awarded the “Healthcare Fellowship Award” and Honors Degree during his surgical clerkship. He continued his research interest during medical school, in 3-Dimensional tissue engineering and osteogenesis, which was presented multiple times at Plastic Surgery Research Council.
He did his surgical training in Loma Linda University Integrated Plastic Surgery program. During his training at Loma Linda, he has presented his research to California Society of Plastic Surgeons and American Society of Plastic Surgery.
During his plastic surgery residency training, Dr. Hakimi was trained in all areas of plastic surgery. Following his graduation from Loma Linda, he went on to complete his advance training at the Aesthetic Surgery in the Plastic Surgery Center of Sacramento, where he focused on cosmetic surgery for the face, body and breast under the most renowned experts in this field.
