I thought this was pretty amazing! Lulie is awesome! She goes out of her way to assist her patients; she calls you on the weekend and even after hours to follow-up with you. She always keeps you in the loop of what's going on, which is really fabulous. Dr. Hodnett is awesome. I like his bedside manner; it's unique � He tells it like it is, he's honest, detailed and some time blunt, but he'll never lie to you. Dr. Williams is detailed as well, he tells you what to expect so you'll have realistic expectations. All the staff in the operating room is very caring, they treat you like family. During recovery they are all very attentive, they are right by your side and take good care of you. This is beautiful to see. I've already referred several people to Beverly Hills Physicians. Testimonial:	In October of 2009 I started to think about my 50th birthday which was coming up in November. I wanted something that would make me happy for surviving all those years in good health. It hit me, that if I could find a doctor I felt comfortable with to give me a tummy tuck, that would be a great birthday gift. I started my due diligence, and set up four consultations. I went from most popular plastic surgeon with their high-end offices, to less expensive surgeons that tried to play the part of a high-end surgeon. I was lost after the forth consultation. Then one day I was on the computer, surfing the web, and noticed Beverly Hills Physicians, well the first thing that came to mind was "I live in Carson, CA, and that would take a lot out of my day to travel so far again for a consultation". Then I noticed there was a office in Long Beach, not to far from my job. After setting up my consultation, going to the office for my first visit, the front-end medical assistant (Bertha Tena) made me feel like I should be here, very nice, warm and she seemed excited that I walked in the door. I filled out my paper work, and then was escorted to one of the rooms. Dr. Hess came in with this big smile (handsome), and with a warm conversation that made me feel relaxed, which was accompanied by everything that I was concerned with. He was honest, and answered all my questions, with no hesitation. I could not believe I found my doctor. The next step was the financial aspect of it, I met with Cynthia Espinoza, she explained everything to me, and right from the start, I felt like we were long time friends and she was looking out for my best interest. The surgery went without any complications. If I could have the anesthesiologist Bernice Cruz on call, that would be great. So naturally I was a little scared. I had several questions and between Nikki and the rest of the staff, they were answered to my full satisfaction. The anesthesiologist was very nice and helped me relax before the surgery. Dr. Mandris was great. He was also humorous, which helped calm my nerves. The night after the surgery, he called to see how I was recovering. The best thing is that I did not feel any post-surgery pain or have any bleeding. Dr. Mandris had given me pain medication but I didn't even need any. I kept my scheduled follow-up appointments with him, and he always saw me on time and with a smile. Testimonial:	My Wife (46) and I went to see Dr. Payam, to discuss having my Wife's latest breast enhancement replaced, due to ongoing pain to her left breast. My Wife had two previous silicone enhancements, one in 1994, and another in 2009; both procedures were performed in Mexico. During the consultation with Dr. Payam, he performed a very complete examination. My Wife asked Dr. Payam, if he could close the gap between her breasts. Dr. Payam said he would do his best to give my wife the look she requested. Because of Dr. Payam's professional examination, suggestions, and explanation about the old procedure, and the new procedure we decided to schedule the repair/replacement surgery. Dr. Payam removed all the previous scar tissue. By correcting my Wife's breast spread, bringing her breasts much closer together for a very natural look. He gave my Wife the look she had requested. Dr. Payam must have taken his time, while stitching the incision in and around each nipple, as my Wife has no scaring visible today. Three months after surgery, and follow-up exams every three weeks, my Wife has no visible scaring, no pain, her breast are full and have a very natural feel and look.
