| Testimonial: | In October of 2009 I started to think about my 50th birthday which was coming up in November. I wanted something that would make me happy for surviving all those years in good health. It hit me, that if I could find a doctor I felt comfortable with to give me a tummy tuck, that would be a great birthday gift. I started my due diligence, and set up four consultations. I went from most popular plastic surgeon with their high-end offices, to less expensive surgeons that tried to play the part of a high-end surgeon. I was lost after the forth consultation. Then one day I was on the computer, surfing the web, and noticed Beverly Hills Physicians, well the first thing that came to mind was "I live in Carson, CA, and that would take a lot out of my day to travel so far again for a consultation". Then I noticed there was a office in Long Beach, not to far from my job. After setting up my consultation, going to the office for my first visit, the front-end medical assistant (Bertha Tena) made me feel like I should be here, very nice, warm and she seemed excited that I walked in the door. I filled out my paper work, and then was escorted to one of the rooms. Dr. Hess came in with this big smile (handsome), and with a warm conversation that made me feel relaxed, which was accompanied by everything that I was concerned with. He was honest, and answered all my questions, with no hesitation. I could not believe I found my doctor. The next step was the financial aspect of it, I met with Cynthia Espinoza, she explained everything to me, and right from the start, I felt like we were long time friends and she was looking out for my best interest. The surgery went without any complications. If I could have the anesthesiologist Bernice Cruz on call, that would be great. I am on my sixth week of healing, and it almost brings tears to my eyes of excitement every time I look in the mirror. Thank you Dr. Hess, your staff, and the great job you've done. I never felt uneasy or out of place with my need to fulfill my knowledge of plastic surgery techniques since I tried a lot of different remedies in the past. I have lived with a botched up appendix scar and to add to that my c-section scar from having a baby, which left my stomache not only distorted but fat deposited in the most unusual places. I was left unbalanced on my left side for years, not to mention a lot of ugly stretch marks from losing and gaining weight and expanding after pregnancy. After my surgery on July 24, 2008, I woke up immediately without any stretch marks. Where did they go? I was amazed. For this only I can say Amen to Dr. Daniels! Then to find out I have a flat stomach as well. This was a miracle. Of course my results took time and months to heal but I am at almost 6 months and I am loving my flat stomach without stretch marks and can't wait to wear a bathing suit this summer to show off my stomach. I also experimented with Botox in my lips which gave me a natural full top lip and the Restylane filled my angry 11's between my eyebrows. This has created a happy rested younger feeling woman in my appearance. I believe I have a lot to owe to Dr. Daniels for giving me back my confidence and regaining back my self esteem, which was hiding behind some skin under my clothes.
