I was ranging between a cup A & B. This really bothered me because when I lost the weight I desired, my breast would get smaller than I wanted. I would end up buying padded bras. These bras made me sweat and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Getting a breast augmentation has made me feel great. They feel completely natural. I thought they would feel hard and that it would be apparent that they were not natural. This was not the case at all. At my heaviest I was 287 and after being depressed and having trouble shopping for basic needs such as panties because I can't fit in them I decided I needed to make a change. I chose the Gastric Sleeve wls and have not regretted it one bit! Day of surgery I weighed 262 and 6 months later im down 77lbs at 185 and down from a size 24 to a 16. My Wife had two previous silicone enhancements, one in 1994, and another in 2009; both procedures were performed in Mexico. During the consultation with Dr. Payam, he performed a very complete examination. My Wife asked Dr. Payam, if he could close the gap between her breasts. Dr. Payam said he would do his best to give my wife the look she requested. Because of Dr. Payam's professional examination, suggestions, and explanation about the old procedure, and the new procedure we decided to schedule the repair/replacement surgery. Dr. Payam removed all the previous scar tissue. By correcting my Wife's breast spread, bringing her breasts much closer together for a very natural look. He gave my Wife the look she had requested. Dr. Payam must have taken his time, while stitching the incision in and around each nipple, as my Wife has no scaring visible today. Three months after surgery, and follow-up exams every three weeks, my Wife has no visible scaring, no pain, her breast are full and have a very natural feel and look. | Testimonial: | I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys. I have always been thin, but after gaining 75 lbs with my 1st pregnancy, and 50 with my 2nd pregnancy, my poor body had been stretched to the max! My boys were both 9 lbs and almost 2ft long at birth. After losing all my post pregnancy weight and getting back down to 140 lbs, I was left with a lot of loose skin that collected into a "pouch" along with stretch marks. After having my first son I knew I would eventually need a TT in order to regain my figure. I began my search for a surgeon and there were only a few that caught my eye. I came across Dr. J and pictures of his work and immediately I scheduled my appt. I was a little apprehensive about scheduling my surgery with him because he is 2 hours away from where I live. After my consultation with him, I was sold! My consultant Nikki was so sweet and professional, she made sure I had everything I needed for my surgery, and provided me with all the paperwork I needed for work/disability without hesitation. Dr. J is such a wonderful person with excellent bedside manners! I had many concerns for him and past medical issues that I was anxious about, and he reassured me that everything would be fine. We discussed my medical issues and he took every precaution under the sun to insure that things went smoothly during my surgery. The morning of my surgery, although a bit nervous, I was confident that every thing would be just fine! Surgery went great! He took the time to call me at home and see how I was doing, which was a great gesture! The next day I went to my post op appt, and as soon as he removed my dressing, I saw a 100 percent improvement! I am now 7 weeks post op and I am happy to say that I have the body I had when I was 18! I am extremely happy with my results and so is my Husband! I have had many complements, and am happy to report that I will be shopping for a two piece bathing suit as soon as I am fully healed. Never did I think that any surgeon could live up to the expectations I had of getting my pre pregnancy body back, but Dr. J certainly met these expectations and surpassed them! I would like to thank him for everything he did for me, and for taking the time to listen to my needs and most importantly for taking all the precautions to insure an uneventful surgery. But then I saw something that terrified me even more - the fate of my face due to hereditary. My grandmother and aunts all had the same, protruding chin that with age got worse. It's called a "witch's chin" - and I had it, too! I was never told that I was unnattractive, but I did get the "you'd be so much prettier if you didn't have that ridiculous chin". I wanted something that would make me happy for surviving all those years in good health. It hit me, that if I could find a doctor I felt comfortable with to give me a tummy tuck, that would be a great birthday gift. I started my due diligence, and set up four consultations. I went from most popular plastic surgeon with their high-end offices, to less expensive surgeons that tried to play the part of a high-end surgeon. I was lost after the forth consultation. Then one day I was on the computer, surfing the web, and noticed Beverly Hills Physicians, well the first thing that came to mind was "I live in Carson, CA, and that would take a lot out of my day to travel so far again for a consultation". Then I noticed there was a office in Long Beach, not to far from my job. After setting up my consultation, going to the office for my first visit, the front-end medical assistant (Bertha Tena) made me feel like I should be here, very nice, warm and she seemed excited that I walked in the door. I filled out my paper work, and then was escorted to one of the rooms. Dr. Hess came in with this big smile (handsome), and with a warm conversation that made me feel relaxed, which was accompanied by everything that I was concerned with. The next step was the financial aspect of it, I met with Cynthia Espinoza, she explained everything to me, and right from the start, I felt like we were long time friends and she was looking out for my best interest.
